Employment and Education system in Madhya Pradesh

Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Shri.Shivraj Singh Chouhan announced recently that the Madhya Pradesh Government would create about one lakh jobs in various departments and eradicate the contractual employment at the earliest.

The honorable chief minister also registered that the retirement age of government departments, corporations would be raised from 60 years to 62 years. The data recently showed that only 19,226 MP Govt Job was created in the last 14 years of BJP rule. The contractual employment system is unfair and it will be abolished early.

Mr. Chouhan added that one lakh MP Govt job in various government departments will be generated soon. The vacancies for recruitment of 31,000 teachers, professors, assistant teachers will be announced soon. The MP State Government declared that they will recruit 89,000 MP Govt Job opportunities in the next few months.

As nail and flesh, employment and education are two important eyes for a state.

In the year of 2016, the MP government announced that from the coming year all government schools in Madhya Pradesh would be provided with a uniform code for both students and teachers. It had been informed that all teachers would have to wear Nehru jackets identically. It was informed that free cycles would be provided to over 6.75 lakh students of class 6th to 9th standards during the coming academic session.

The education minister told that the officials to ensure the furniture availability in all the schools for a smooth function. Totally Rs.25 crore was allotted for the expense. Kunwar Shah also directed his officials to make sure that proper security would be availed in the girl’s hostel of the government schools. He advised that the women security guards and superintendents should be available at the hostels in 24×7. It was also stated to provide proper electric connections to 1800 government schools within the coming year.

The Madhya Pradesh Government made Yoga Education compulsory for the class from 1st to 5th in all the schools. With the instruction of the Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan, the education department prepared the course for theory and practical Yoga education. They also recruited yoga trainers to train teachers. Yoga teaching, reading material was provided for yoga introduction, yoga postures, mudra, meditation and, pranayama.

Madhya Pradesh Government started to build a technically advanced generation. To maintain global standards of education, Directorate of Technical Education established a State Project Facilitation Unit which has been working under DTE to run Technical Education Quality improvement program as per the requirement of the project. SPFU, Deputy Director and Head, Madhya Pradesh is deputed as a Project Coordinator in this program and he is well supported by Financial Management Cell, Monitoring and Evaluation Cell, Procurement Cell, and Academic Cell.

DTE supports startups of students from many institutions and it invited all the institutions to apply for the establishment of a new institution based incubation centres to cultivate startup ecosystem at the institution level itself.

DTE, Madhya Pradesh was set up Tod-Fod- Jod (TFJ) centres in all polytechnic and engineering colleges to inspire the diploma/engineering students for carrying out innovative project works, experiment and participates in a handful of activities.
