Snoek P’tÈ    

 

Serves 4-6   

 

Ingredients

300g/11oz  Smoked Snoek

240ml/8fl.oz. Cream Cheese

120ml/4fl.oz. Sour Cream

1 tbsp Lemon Juice

A pinch of Ground Ginger

2 teasp Tomato Sauce

A large pinch of Sugar

Black Pepper

 

Instructions

1. Remove the skin and bones from the snoek and break up the flesh.

2. Place the fish in a food processor together with the remaining ingredients and process until well blended. Adjust the seasoning if necessary and refrigerate until ready to serve.
